Hi everyone and thanks for looking at our holiday apartments at Primrose Valley.

We have visited the East coast from since little children, as have a lot of people, and have amazing childhood memories.

We met and married in 1999 and had our honeymoon on the East Yorkshire coast and fell in love with the place all over again. We had several holidays all year around the area until we bought our first holiday home in 2005. 

After many years of enjoying the area, especially Primrose Valley and Filey, an opportunity appeared to buy this amazing property. After a short deliberation, we both agreed it would be a great idea. Once purchased in August 2018 we started a full renovation, which included a full rewire and completely new heating system.

We took the property back to the plasterboard and wooden floorboards and started from scratch. It was really hard work, but with help from some amazing friends and suppliers we transformed the property into a modern, warm, cosy, relaxing set of apartments – the sort of place we would want to stay!
