This caravan and the impressive views that it provides is just a short stroll away from the beach and walking distance across the beach to Filey with its Edwardian architecture and selection of quirky shops. The coastal path leading from the property is perfect for walkers and provides easy access to the beach. There is plenty to do in the local area but if you fancy going slightly further afield then both Bridlington and Scarborough are just a short drive away. A little further away is Whitby and York. Filey is one of the most popular holiday destinations on the Yorkshire coast. From sunbathing to birdwatching, there is something to keep everyone entertained.
The caravan is at the side of the main property with private parking. As you walk onto the balcony which has outdoor furniture, you will be very pleased to see the large open space as the wrap around decking goes right round to the front French doors. Step inside the caravan into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, the kitchen area includes everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including gas oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. Within the lounge area there are two sofas a Smart TV with basic Sky package and DVD should you want to watch a movie. There is also a selection of games to play for a night of fun. The master bedroom has a comfortable King bed and an en-suite WC. It also has a tv for that late night or early morning viewing. The 2 twin bedrooms are spacious and benefit from a tv. Outside there is allocated off-road parking and you can also enjoy al fresco dining in the private enclosed decking.
